What Is TTS for Self-Defense?

TTS for self-defense is the most effective real-world system taught today.

TTS training  teaches street self-defense using:

  • Punches, knees, elbows, and kicks

  • Defenses against various strikes, weapons, and chokes

  • Realistic training drills

The Basics

Defined by brutal offensive techniques and quick counterattacks, TTS  is the ideal self-defense fighting style for unexpected and dangerous situations. A focus on results without rules of fair fighting

Based on simple principles and instinctive movements, our TTS self-defense classes are intended to teach methods exceptionally effective for personal protection in the shortest possible time. Attend our courses to learn how to defend against violent chokes, grabs, and strikes, as well as serious threats armed with weapons.

TTS  Levels

Level 1 ( Yellow Belt Students )

Level one is designed for new TTS  students. The goal of these entry-level classes is to teach the basics of fighting and self-defense. Students will learn various fighting stances and movements, including punches and kicks from a standing position, as well as from the ground. Trainees will be introduced to effective elbow and knee strikes, and shown how to defend against punches, chokes, headlocks, and wrist grabs. Students training an average of two or three times per week should expect to complete the level one TTS  self-defense curriculum in 6 weeks and be ready to test for TTS Level 2

Level 3 ( green Belt Students )

Third-level TTS  self-defense classes sharpen basic techniques and allow students to further expand their foundation of TTS  attacks and defenses. Students will continue to refine strikes, defenses against strikes, and more advanced self-defense techniques involving defense against weapons such as guns and sticks. Students training two to three times per week can expect to be eligible to test for the fourth level in 7 weeks

Level 5 ( Brown Belt Students)

This advanced TTS  self-defense course is home to our most skilled fighters. Students will encounter the entire curriculum of fighting, ground fighting,and throws techniques  , defense against some kinds of weapons

Level 2 (orange  Belt Students)

At level 2, the intermediate self-defense course, students will continue to review and hone skills learned in TTS  level 1. This training will introduce additional punches and kicks, punch defenses with counterattacks, defenses against various chokes and kicks, bearhugs, and headlocks. Precision elements such as timing, distance, and alternative targeting are introduced. Students training an average of two to three times per week can expect to complete the level 2 curriculum in TTS  6 weeks before testing for TTS Level 3.

Level 4 ( blue  Belt Students )

These advanced TTS  self-defense classes are designed for students to broaden their skill sets. In addition to refining tactics and techniques learned in previous levels, students encounter high-threat weapon defenses, learn to deal with attacks from multiple opponents train on sweeping techniques, and learn more advanced ground fighting techniques. Students training two to three times per week can expect to be eligible to test for the fifth level in 8 weeks

Level 6 (black Belt Students)

This advanced TTS  self-defense course is home to our most skilled fighters. Students will encounter the entire curriculum of fighting, ground fighting, third-party protection, and defense against all kinds of weapons
